What is geometry?
Geometry is defined as a branch of mathematics that deals with the measurement, properties, and relationships of points, lines, angles, surfaces, and solids.
So what will we do in Class?
We will be able to recognize, understand, and use geometric properties. We will see relationships among points, lines, planes, angles, triangles, quadrilaterals, and other polygons. By the end of geometry you will be prepared for Algebra 2 and beyond.
